Weddings & Parties
Our pleasant and open spaces are ideal for such occasions of all sizes—from warm moods for smaller wedding receptions to lively settings for larger anniversary celebrations. Our spaces effuse distinctive character—the wooden interior of our spacious and elegant Theatre, the majestic height of our Stewart Hall, and the brilliant stained-glass windows of our Palmer Room.
Together or individually, they can accommodate full receptions and we are licensed for civil ceremonies. Why not have your ceremony or champagne reception in the Stewart Hall or Palmer Room before heading into the Music Hall for a sit down dinner? Buffets, discos and pay bar are all available. It's your day and we will work with you to tailor it to your dream event.
Your Wedding / Party package
Our standard wedding and party package includes:
- Use of theatre, Stewart Hall and cafe bar from 10am – 11pm*
- Duty Manager
- 2 front of house staff
- Technician
- Use of our in house lighting and sound systems (which can be used for a disco etc if required)
- Use of our in-house tables, tableclothes and chairs
- A staffed pay bar**
The basic package starts at £3,500 plus VAT – please do get in touch giving us as many details about your wedding as possible, so we can provide a tailored cost.
We also provide a flexible menu of add-on enhancements, including use of our piano, VHS, DVD, CD, and digital projector. We are fully licensed to offer a complete choice of wines, beers, and spirits, along with soft drinks, juices, teas, and coffees.
*As available and must be confirmed in advance
** Please note in order to keep your costs down we use profit from the bar to subsidise the hire costs. Therefore if you don’t wish to use our bar there is an additional cost.
