Hackney Mayor celebrates with Hoxton Hall
15 June 2010
On Friday 11 June Hoxton Hall celebrated the 100th birthday of the Quaker addition to the music hall - now a fully sprung dance studio with full length mirrors. We were joined by 150 guests including Jules Pipe, Mayor of Hackney and Mhora Samuels, Director of the Theatres Trust. Guests had a chance to find out more about our planned building works, discover this new website and learn about Hoxton Hall's history. A stunning dance performance left the guests speechless, and they had the chance to join our Friend's scheme before leaving. All in all a great evening and we are already looking forward to the Music Hall itself turning 150 in 3 years time!
