This August, It Happened Here takes place at the Round Chapel (www.theroundchapel.org.uk). These days, many people want to be rich famous and successful, and are willing to get there by any means - marrying a footballer, or appearing on Big Brother. What about in the 1890s - how did people express their hopes and aspirations?
Come along and discover how men and women 100 years ago dressed and interacted with their contemporaries. At the end of the week you will translate your new knowledge into a site specific performance. It Happened Here is led by experienced drama instructors and historical researchers - come and learn about performance and about the history of your borough.
