We are lucky enough to have our own in-house talent management agency representing a number of high profile artists. We provide young people the opportunity to train with local professionals and build lasting relationships with industry experts. As well as providing access to high profile auditions, our theatre and studios offer the best possible place to rehearse. Our approach to discovering young talent has been recognised across the UK and continues to be what we do best. Every fortnight we host casting director workshops to help our young people build personal relationships with industry professionals.

Hoxton Street Design is a creative agency based at Hoxton Hall. The team help support our design workshops for 14 to 19 years olds, whilst working on their own projects and developing new design skills. All those in the agency benefit from the experience of working in a start-up business with any money generated going directly to those involved. Other benefits include professional tutoring, free access to Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, experience of working with young people and the local community, portfolio development through a series of live briefs and the chance to teach workshops on a subject of your choice.

We are incredibly lucky to include The Rose Bowl as our sister Youth Arts venue. Based in Canonbury, Islington, they offer a brilliant selection of activities for young people aged 8 to 19 years old. The classes range from drama and music, to sport and circus skills. A truly unique and colourful environment, we guarantee you will be inspired. As well as its own fantastic team, The Rose Bowl is partnered with some highly reputable partner facilitation companies including Parasol Unit and The Little Angel Theatre Company.
