Join yoga and meditation teacher Ella Reynolds on Monday evenings to move, breathe and ease into the week. Vinyasa is a dynamic form of yoga, linking movement and breath to calm the mind and strengthen the body. This open-level class focuses on creating space through grounded flow, creative sequencing and a light hearted approach.
Students will be supported in exploring their practice in a friendly and non-judgemental space. Ella welcomes all levels of experience and ability, giving options and modifications so everyone can challenge themselves safely. The class includes music, philosophy, meditation and pranayama (breath work).
The yoga class takes place in the Palmer Room on the second level of Hoxton Hall’s building. Booking is recommended, but drop-ins are welcome.
Class passes available for 5 or 10 sessions.
Ella is a Vinyasa yoga and meditation teacher based in London. From coping with the challenges of life, to making friends with her body, yoga and meditation have had a profound positive impact on Ella’s worldview — she now teaches with the hope of sharing some of these benefits with others. Her intention is to support people to feel better through moving in a way that feels good, breathing well, finding some stillness, and having some fun. She completed her Vinyasa yoga teacher training with Yogarise London and SYT Erin Prichard, and her Mindfulness meditation teacher training with Triyoga and Cyndi Lee.
