Hoxton Works is composed of 16 individual studio spaces offered at a below market rate to creative industries agency, start-ups and small businesses. Units vary in size ranging from 90 square foot (1 to 2 desks) to 608 square foot (up to 10 desks). Hoxton Works houses over 45 different creative and cultural SME’s, energetic sole traders and inspiring entrepreneurs making it an exciting and dynamic place to work.

We currently have a range of bright and airy work spaces available at Hoxton Works. Each unit is tailored specifically for small businesses and is ideal for those working in the creative sector.

Hoxton Works benefits from being superbly located and well connected. This exciting business community is just 3 min walking distance from Hoxton Overground, a stone’s throw away from Shoreditch and within a short walk from Old Street (10min) and Liverpool Street Station (15min).

Accessible 7 days a week, 24 hours a day the building has kitchen and  accessible toilets, recycling facilities, and an alarm system. All the floors are served by a lift. Telephones and broad band are installed and easy to set up through our provider. All the tenants have access to Hoxton Hall’s meeting rooms free of charge.

Hoxton Works is a unique period building home of different creative business. The building was original built in 1929 as Queen Mary Hostel, a place to house local working girls, and was fully refurbished as a workspace in 2005 by Hoxton Hall Charity. The building refurbishment was made possible by funding from the European Regional Development Fund and Shoreditch Trust.

Neighbouring Hoxton Works is Hoxton Hall, an iconic grade II* listed Victorian Music Hall. Hoxton Hall has recently been refurbished with the support of the Heritage Lottery Fund and offers tenants access to a bookable meeting room and a range of spaces suitable for larger scale meetings, conferences, product launches, rehearsals and performances.
